Supplies & Tools:
Crate ends are 1/16th bass wood
Crate sides & bottoms are 1/32th bass wood
X-acto knife
Glue
Ruler
Color computer printer (for labels)
Directions:
For Bottoms:
Orange Crate: cut (3) 1" X 5/8" (one of these for center)
Grape Flat: cut (2) 1" X 1/2"
Apple Box: cut (2) 1"1/8 x 3/4"
Pear Box: cut (2) 1" x 1/2"
For Sides:
Orange Crate: 6 Slats - 3/8" x 2"
Grape Flat: 8 Slats - 3/8 x 1 5/8"
Apple Box:2 Sides - 5/8x 1 1/2", 2 Bottoms - 1/2 x 1 1/2"
Pear Box: 4 Slats - 7/8 x 1 5/8 "

These are looking at the bottoms ( as you can see they do not need to be perfect ) LOL :-)
This is the placement of bottom slats. Be sure and leave the spaces between the pieces
of wood. Just put whatever label you want on them. You are free to copy these and the
labels for your personal use.

These crates were made by my husband George. He even made them in1/2 inch scale.
I still have a few of both sizes left, if you find that these are too hard to make.
