Conflict Resolution and World Work

Large Group Work, Worldwork and Diversity Training

Worldwork is an approach to collective social, political, psychological and spiritual issues. It views inner troubles, relationship and family difficulties, body symptoms and collective tensions as interconnected aspects. We can transform disturbance through awareness of diversity - conflicts thus become opportunities for creating effective teams and communities. Communities come together when all voices are heard. Inner, relationship and group dynamics include issues of rank, power and privilege and form the background of many collective problems. The methodology of Worldwork includes town meetings and large group processes - facilitated so that each individual voice is heard.

Team and Community Building

A team consultant at The Findhorn Foundation, Scotland, Dr. Reini Hauser has extensive experience in large group facilitation, conflict resolution and community building.
