As principal of Eouth Eugene High School it is incumbent on me to recognize and support worthy student endeavors. "Peace Process 2001" web site is indeed a worthy accomplishment and it is a pleasure to recognize students Bryan Newman, Leo Clark and Rob Kyker who designed and developed this project.

"Peace Process 2001 Rise to the Occasion" serves as a resource center for people interested in pursuing world peace. The web page catalogues drawings. poetry, essays, publications, films, speaches , and public events. It also contains a list of approximately 150 resource people.

As an educator I commend these students for their technical computer skills, for their initiative and mostley for their vision of working toward a healthier more peaceful world. To Bryan, Leo, and Rob I would like to say " Our global community is a better place because of you." Thank you and my best wishes to you in future efforts.
