This photo was taken at the halfway meeting place in Woodland Washington after the weekend visit. I'm pretty sure we met in Olympia for the first time at the beginning of this visit.
Nora is giving her classic cheesy "forced for photo" grin. It's hard to expect more after driving for 2 hours. You can tell I am forcing an expression too. We left immediately from Church in Junction City and had lunch in the car on the way.

Our next visit was also in Harrisburg, but we got to drive through a bit of snow coming from or going to Olympia Washington. Although I don't remember if this was on the way from or to Olympia, Nora had to have a break, so we pulled over at a rest stop and played some in the snow- from the sidewalk. She does really well in the car despite the long trips. We're just so happy to be together that sometimes we hardly notice the driving. There have been a few... only two that I can think of , when she was fussy and wanted lots of breaks.
