February 00 AND April 00

This dress was made by a dear friend in Junction City, Oregon. It is a beautiful dress that Nora wears even today (June 2001). Shortly after this photo was taken, we went to the Portland Zoo and saw the Tiger chase a Peacock out of his den! Regretibly, I have no photos from the Zoo. I thought some were taken, but they are not within my collection of photos.

It was always amazing to me how Nora would respond when I would come for a visit. It was as if we had never been apart. I loved it. I love her and realized that she was just as attached to me as I was to her. Here she is standing in my shoes.

Nora was very focused on caring for her babies. Most of the time during this age, she would not go anywhere without one of her babies.

February 00 AND April 00

When taking her to the park, I discovered that she enjoyed the swing. After this day, she would talk about going swinging with me a lot and especially loved to go to the park when I came for visits. She would say "I go hwing with you."
