April 2001 AND June 2001.

I don't have any screen captures yet of the May 4-6th visit. It was all on video. I will do some screen captures someday and post them here. Meanwhile, I have this description of the May 4-6th 2001 visit.

On May 26th, we went to the Salt Creek with Pat, Sarah, and Shawn Briggs. Nora likes being in the woods!

We got ready to go fishing and off we went with high hopes and big dreams.

Nora and I caught a fish together! A small one, but it was Nora's first fish. Nora describes it with a lot of body language and holds her arms in the air while telling the story. She usually says something about the fish's mouth (I had to use pliers deep in the fish's mouth to get the hook out), and then she says "back in water". She leaves out the part that she helped reel it in and held the net while I pulled the fish in. Once in the net, the fish started flopping and Nora dropped the net and backed off. After getting the hook out, I held the fish for Nora to see. It wiggled and I dropped it. She said "You broke it." I said "He's OK. Watch, we'll put him back in the water." After taking a picture, that's what we did and the fish swam off.

The fishing trip didn't seem to have as much of an impact as other activities we have had together. What I mean is that she doesn't talk about it with the same excitement as the swimming trip last April, for example.
The next day after fishing, we went to the park in Harrisburg.
