Privacy is the Issue
Oregonians have a chance to establish privacy within the Oregon Constitution with this Initiative Petition. If this Initiative is successful, privacy will be established, a step towards restoring privacy rights to all Oregonians
There is presently no privacy protection for Oregonians within our Constitution. The Oregon Courts have continued to expand the State's Right to Search and Seizure. Only a privacy clause in the Oregon Constitution will protect Oregonians from excessive police searches and seizures.
Help establish your privacy rights by supporting this initiative.
