Flopsy's Big Adventures!

This is Flopsy. Flopsy is a stuffed rabbit I bought almost five years ago as an office toy. Usually, he just sits behind me on my bookshelf, taking up space and collecting dust. He's a rather pleasant bunny, and during times of stress, I give him a quick squeeze or toss him off the wall. Flopsy is named from a fluffy bunny character used in a Monty Python's Flying Circus sketch about the British Dental Association's James Bond-like search for some false teeth. At one point, the following dialog ensues:
Big Cheese: I'm glad you could come to my little... party. And Flopsy's glad too, aren't you Flopsy? (he holds rabbit up as it does not reply) Aren't you Flopsy? (no reply again so he pulls a big revolver out and fires at rabbit from point-blank range) That'll teach you to play hard to get. There, poor Flopsy's dead. And never called me mother...

All of my coworkers know of Flopsy and that he kind of ended up being my mascot. The above picture shows a couple of them playing "bunny wars" with Flopsy as an unwilling participant.
One day, as I was getting a ride home from one of them, Paul (the one on the left in the picture above), we talked about the phenomenon of kidnapping garden gnomes. It seems that over in the United Kingdom, a popular prank is to kidnap a garden gnome from an unsuspecting person's house, travel around the countryside with it (taking pictures along the way and sending postcards), and then returning it to it's rightful owner with the photographs. To see what I mean take a look at this link, and this one, and this one! I thought this was a hilarious thing, and mentioned this to Paul. The very next week, Flopsy disappeared (along with Paul). Then, the postcards and pictures started arriving...
