---------- Recipe via UNREGISTERED Meal-Master (tm) v8.01 Title: JMX's Spaghetti Sauce Categories: Sauces Yield: 4 servings 1 pk Ronzoni spaghetti sauce mix 1 cn 7oz. mushrooms (drained, 4oz) 1 cn 15 oz. tomato sauce 2 T Olive oil 1/2 lb Italian sausage 1 t Crushed red pepper 1 1/4 c Onion (diced) 3 1/2 T Garlic (chopped) 1 cn 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes 1 1/2 T Apple cider vinegar (italian flavored) Combine spaghetti sauce mix and tomato sauce in saucepan and bring to a boil. In the meantime, brown sausage in skillet. Add sausage to sauce and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a quick boil, then reduce to simmer. Simmer all day long if possible (or at least 1 1/2 hours), adding water if it gets too thick. -----
