I just wanted to tell you that we had a food contest today at work and I won
1st place for the Peacheesy Pie! I wasn't going to cook anything and late
last night I got on the internet and came across this recipe. I thought it
would be easy to make so I bought all the stuff to make it. It was more
time consuming than I thought and I finished baking it at 12:30 last night.
It was worth it though. The judges told me I won by far and there were two
tables FULL of deserts. Thanks you so much for the recipe!!

Thanks again,
Tami.

I'd love an update. I've saved the page to favorites. I'll also send (in
the rare moment when my head's not spinning like Linda Blair's from too much
work) one of my best that might be worthy.

Hi,
I found your site after a recipe search and I am going to definitely
try the Mo's Chowder. I was surprized to see it...My family is from OR
and we went to Mo's YEARS ago when my husband and I were on vacation,
but I have always remember that chowder!! Great find. Thanks...Shannon

I sort of have a bond with your website and will visit every few months,
just to see your recipies and pictures. I've only had my computer for 3
months, and I did not know what I was doing or where to go when I first
got it, and somehow one day found your webpage, AND loved your recipies
and bookmarked it.
So, today I decided to visit again. I think you have a great webpage
and one day I will get around to trying to cook all of these delicious
recipies.
I just wanted to say hi and to keep adding, you are doing a great job!
Plus I love your little cat!

Subject: your recipes

Hi Mark,

I have cooked a few recipes off of your site and I have to say that they have
been great! Your peacheasy pie was the first pie I ever baked. I previously
stayed away from attempting baking recipes as I always thought they were more
daunting then cooking main course - all that measuring of flour and other
ingredients seemed like too much work and it's not like main course cooking
where if you add to little garlic powder you don't really ruin the meal, but
if you use too little baking soda in a cake recipe etc you have a mess on
your hands. Anyway, I gave the peacheasy pie a shot and it came out looking
and tasting amazing! Even my boyfriend who isn't all that hot on peaches
really liked it. I seriously could make one a week. I also made your Burger
recipe but I make it as a meatloaf and it is great!! I'll make it on Sun and
take it for leftovers the next day. I just printed off the recipes for Baby
Back Ribs (I have never given making ribs a shot) and your two chili recipes.

Your instructions are clear and easy to follow and the end results are great!
Thanks for putting the time into such a good website. I have waded through
hard to understand recipes on other sites and it is nice to find a site like
yours.

Keep up the good work and put up any other recipes you have.

Sincerely,
Pamela

Subject: Hi!

I just HAD to email you!

Hi.. :) My name's Charlotte. I live just outside Sacramento, CA, and
happened onto your website while messing around with recipes...something I
collect.

I have to tell you this. I ended up making a file for each and every one..of
your recipes!..mostly because..the little blurb you had for each..made
me..REALLY want to try them. Have you considered, maybe over
time..assembling a REAL cookbook? I know. Just what the world
needs..another cookbook. BUT...if I were to read some of the stuff you wrote
in one..I'd buy it in a hot second, and plan on coming back looking..just in
case you decide to add something. :)

And..something else. I was born and raised in Bend, OR. I lived in
Springfield for a couple of years. I woke up every morning..to the Cascades
out my front door. Still have MUCH family and friends there. Grin..nice to
meet somebody from home.

Again..thanks MUCH for the recipes..they go in the "red" file.

Well I must say, Jaycatt the burgers were a smashing success!!!
woooo hooo
thank you for the recipe.
Even my husband liked them and he is a notorious food snob! (And then I
made the mistake of telling him I got the recipe from someone off of the
internet which sent him into a tizzy! (he doesn't trust anything off of the
internet!)
Anyway....they were really good....reminded me of a cross between meatloaf
and stuffed peppers! I was surprised once I started making them that
there's no garlic in there.....I am a garlic freak. But, I found them very
very flavorful without it!
Thanks again for sharing....I appreciate another dish to add to the weekday
repetoire!! I tend to get stuck in a rut...making the same stuff every
week!
Take care!
