Mr. Mann,
In response to your query, I can recall no such instance. However, my recollection of history ist that our colonies won the War of Independence by starting out with peaceful protest. These protests were done by-and-large without any organized "force". Only after they were certain that no other course was available for remedy did they resort to armed and organized resistance.
I believe the patriot movement is bringing the states of the Union closer to that point in time, but it is not yet reached that bloody day. So, let us continue to peacefully layout the groundwork for the restoration of the Republic.
