I filed a 42 suit in federal crt. against state officials and actors
The state is taking me back to crt, for violating probation,
which I was put on probation under fraud transcript states.. The pros, atty. has no autority
to sign indictments but I was jailed for 93 days.
Now the state knows of the suit against them and they are taking me to crt for probation violation
failure to file nc tax returns to the nc state revenue. State nc piggy back on federal rules
And I'm not under the code to file federal income tax and so I can't be required to file nc returns.
Can anyone help me do some thing before march 3 1997 crt date?
