environmental and animal rights activists in U.S. history. There have
now been nearly 20 arrests and many Grand Jury subpoenas.
Environmental activist Jeff “Free” Luers received a
disproportionately long sentence (22.8 years) after confessing to
attempting to burn three SUVs at a Romania dealership in Eugene, OR.
First
they came for the communists and I did not speak out - because I was
not a communist.
Then
they came for the Jews and I did not speak out - because I was not a
Jew.
Then
they came for the trade unionists and I did not speal out - because I
was not a trade unionist.
Then
