FrontPage keeps the table format intact, and turns the bitmap (.bmp) files into Gifs (.gif)!

Adobe Photoshop is the best photo design software I have worked with. The image on my home page was created using this program. If you buy it, I strongly recommend going through the tutorial.

L-View is a great view and quick image-format-changer.

CID's Gif Transparentifier Thinga-Ma-Jiggy, one of my favorite new toys. Takes a gif image and makes it transparent. You just need the RGB colors to plug in to the Thinga-Ma-Jiggy.
