It's really tragic how western physical health medicine rejects water solutions, treating them buy selling chemicals. I've been drink qts to a gal of water/ day for years, living naturally healthy with organic foods, lots of yoga, aerobic exersize & Chinese medicine as needed.

Perhaps we need to eliminate a food we are allergic to & drink water? Dr. Bat claims that chronic fatigue is from dehydration, that's simply cured by drink plenty of good water. Most civilized folks have lost our instinctive reflex of thirst to drink more water.
