SHEDDING CELLS & CLEAR BREATHING SKIN

Our skin breathes, sweats & sheds skin constantly, even if we don’t notice it or feel it. We also create new-skin everyday, depending in all health factors, including weather. The new-skin-cells replace old skin, that’s shed off, to allow new tissue to breathe & sweat, to maintain healthy internal balance. Skin is also our external lung, exchanging gases & absorbing radiation from environments. So its critical that we keep our skin fresh & clean, but not too (squeaky=microfobic) clean with chemical cleaners. In-fact, washing, showering & bathing too-much eliminates natural skin bacteria that protects healthy skin.
The 3 main ways to help skin shedding old cells, once a week or so
1. At the end of any bath, swim & shower, rub your now soft skin by hand
to clean off the dead cells, also simulates natural circulation.
2. After soaking a while, rubbing-down soft skin with ruff towel to clean
3. Use a Natural SKIN BRUSH - off old skin cells
CHEMO-PROBLEMS CLOGGING-SKIN
Body lotion, oils, pollution & dirt can clog-up healthy skin from breathing, sweating & being naturally clear. So if you use/apply them much on your skin, they need to be cleaned-off often. Many people, mostly women, depend on lotions & oils to make skin soft & moist (to touch?). But our naturally healthy skin is soft, moist, flexable & sensitive anyway, without oils & lotions.
Actually our skin texture, moisture, glow & health depends on diet, liquids, exersize & environment, chemicals & radiation, not just softening & cleaning it. Some other skin-clogging agents are sunscreen (sunburn lotions), that usually have toxic-chemicals ones skin absorbs, as do deodorants, most shampoos, hair conditioners, shaving & hair-do chemicals. The problem of toxic chemicals absorbed thru skin is normal in most city people & not solved by washing off, shedding skin or massage.
