The trend of Federal government taking over local politics, economy & health stand-ards thru anti drug, hemp & germ (warfare) theory of science laws began a century ago before 1^st world war & been growing more national & global control ever since. So now feds can & will veto anything that threatens mega corps profits, like forbidding California’s desire now attempting to control & limit auto-pollution by increasing the transportation efficiency requirements. Giant auto & oil industry fears & works repressing any local legal control over its giant toxic waste & pollution from vehicles exhaust & waste, toxic nuclear power, chemicals & drugs. Giant corps even threaten local governments with punishment of no billion$ contract (bribes) & worse. Because state govs get huge federal budgets to keep control of local resources, agencies & markets.

This hyper -national control is anti states rights, home rule & local democracy trend has leaped ahead during & after each big war of victory with hi tech over enemies & our natural family farms. We’ve traded away our sacred homes & community control from importing hi tech, military control, industry & billion$ to buy & pay workers & government contracts. US Congress is hog- tied to multi-billion $$ contracts, obey the feds or they cut off funding universities, hiways, factories, military bases, harbors, etc. The killer industries are weapons, chemical & nuclear powers that military depends on for controlling fore-ign countries resources, bank - economy & markets.

My main concern is our local natural climate & organic health needs here now, not big gov contracts, terrorism & wars. 3 anti states-rights/home rule national trends for industry begun a century ago:

1. Federal laws against raw milk, requiring pasteurizing/ cooking milk by big dairy;

2. Chemical industry invading all aspects of modern life with toxins made from oil products & drugs;

3. Anti natural health laws like US Congress outlawing hemp/cannabis in 1937 paid of buy10 US industries to monopolize resources: forests for paper, seed oil, drugs, chemical synthetics, herbs, smoking & food industries. 100 billion$ been spent by US to prohibit hemp/ cannabis in since 1960s when we found it useful, healthy, peaceful & hidden (denied) potential for growing our natural local abun-dance. The anti drug war expanded to 50 nations & millions of pot smoking (non) criminals being arrested, jailed & fined, even property seized (stolen) as punishment.

Another terrible unhealthy anti-democratic trend from industry run governments are the state laws against any local community or agency passing laws regulating any functions of electric power, gas, oil & chemical poisons used in their regions. So chemo poisons used on farms, forests & homes can’t be controlled or limited in any way as industry insures market monopoly by policy & law paying off our legislators to keep that policy a secret.

So how many examples of fascist industry controlled federal & local government agencies do you need to know before caring about our lost democracy in US living in fantasy of social equality, civil rights, home rule, fair & honest government & clean industry. Lastly, a recent expose of US – Federal Reserve (FRB) Board/agency is really the giant private banks in US that print our money on loan & we pay the intere$t on national debt to those banks thru FRB, that depends of US (global) war economy they control thru many agencies, secret societies & fears of arrest, cut off contracts & worse. The underground movie “Freedom to Fascism” in ‘05 exposed the FRB corruption of US government & banking industry since 1917 when the FRB was created.

Recently US citizens refusing to pay federal income tax, were arrested for non-payment & acquitted as no law ever was passed to enforce that system. There’s 100 more corrupt examples of top-down federal & industrial control of all local government agencies policies, codes, standards, etc. How many US Constitutional civil rights are now missing, denied & even illegal in US? Do you even know Our rights? “The price of liberty is constant vigilance” (Jefferson), awareness of what our rights are, how to use & protect them here now & forever.

I found in some ‘legal’ court cases using our US Civil rights is forbidden in defending ones innosense, which happened to me in ‘75. Chick it out & see if there’s a law from Congress requiring US to pay Federal income tax, or state laws forbidden us limiting, controlling or even knowing what toxic damage is caused by electricity, gas, oil & poison pollution in our town & bioregion, blowing around from spraying farms & forests into our air & drinking waters!
