NATIONAL CONSTITUTION
& POLITICAL PARTY
So we think our
Democracy is real honest, fair & Constitutional government now after 2 Reagan,
& 3 Bush President terms = 5x4 = 20 + 8 Clinton ÒRepublicrateÓ President 8
years.
However the
President in just a puppet of giant industry, banks, military & CIA/NSA
& NASA all competing for more control of multi -billions of contracts/year. So lets forget them as real ÔdemocraticÕ
Ð fair open, honest & Constitutional debates, decision making agreements
& program management. Most
real decisions are made on private, top secret national security & war is
good for big business. So we have
paid for war continuously since 1940 in ever expanding hi tech & secret
budgets of multi billions.
Who cares how
much it costs US, wasting & polluting, threatening & warring, sickening
& killing for progress. Our
wealth, safety, security, history & fantasy progress for national security
is insured by our faith in democratic government forcing our schools, medicine,
multi police states, banking, military, sanitation & security industries. So whereÕs our democratic fair
open & honest debating our real needs, then voting?
Our newage
religion is big $cience, & Christian God is front for mass social control
of scary ÔGodÕ of punishing sinner, victims & children for not obeying
rules to grow up fast, mature & loyal to competing in dozen popular social-games
to win in normal life. So they claim that Ômajority rulesÕ in
democracy, because weÕve been successfully brainwashed by: school, church, mass-media & jobs into
wanting buying our hyperactive hi
stress hurry up life for more hi tech goodies that causes ills we blame on germs,
DNA/genes, overwork & bad weather.
So lets examine how democratic debate, dialog & decisions are made
into agreeing to cooperate in public policies, programs & laws. We know that 95% of our reps are
lawyers, who study law for decades, & donÕt know human nature, natural
needs or local democracy of community with civil rights, common natural law, how biosphere works with natural cycles
of fertility. So theyÕre bot by
industry paying for their elections & giant contracts in their areas for
mega profits. We donÕt get to vote
on 90% of our tax supported systems, as giant industries get monopolies since late 1890s when national industries:
trains, ships, military, steel, land use, dams, mining, farming then auto &
hiways.
The heroic
growth of America began with war against UK 1770s & the Indians mostly in
1800s when US genocide killed most them for pioneering lands. That was after US Civil war liberating
the black slaves to work in new US factories & farms in mid west. That ignored the many & deep benefits
of Native Indians to Euros who instructed our ancestors how to live in wilderness
forests in families & villages before US Revolution.
The other
blessing to US was the Iroquois Federation of 6 Indian nations in mid 1700s
that inspired the US revolution of unity of colonies against the UK crown of
King George. The US founding
fathers: Franklin, Jefferson, Washington, etc, were friends of the Iroquois Indian
leaders who supported them against the English occupying ÔAmericanÕ soil,
towns, ports, etc, & controlling ÔcolonistÕ economy. So they worked over decades growing the
ÒDeclaration of IndependenceÓ, ÒArticles of ConfederationÓ & ÒUS ConstitutionÓ,
when the French Revolution was battling UK in last e1700s. Revolutionary colonist Voting was done
1770s on, & after 1777 by new State reps, but only on national issues,
needs & support for war & independence, like Hemp growing for paying
taxes.
Do we now know
what a real national or local democracy is in governing US to towns? How open, fair & honest is the
debates, decisions & cooperating in any government programs? We have 100s of big problems with industry
& government, even protecting polluter even running US agencies, democracy
is a fantasy, farce & usually impossible at national & sate
legislatures. Some heroic
exceptions are wonderful grass root success in local democracy changing laws
& programs for people benefit.
Ralph Nader has been working full-time for Ôpublic interestÕ law
advocacy since late Ô60s against corporate socialism, of government paying the
industries to expand, pollute & rape & plunder our natural resources, organic
health & civil rights with 1000s of policies most citizens donÕt know or
understand. Few government
protections of natural lands, oceans & public health are now ruined by industry:
forestry, agriculture/foods, hiways, mining, military, auto & steel,
chemicals & drugs makers. The national caretakers agencies BLM & USFS
are run by logging, mining, cattle grazing, oil, military & nuclear powers.
So how to reverse
the nationalizing of most industry controlling government is challenging, nearly
impossible & a miracle anyway we can get honest support of our natural
needs for civil rights: for privacy, equality, fair treat-ments, hearings, stop
polluting, wasting, terrorizing & threatening * punishing us needing local
control of Constitutional protections. ItÕs the opposite of the Christian Bible, yet our government
has replaced the commanding, guilt-making, threatening & punishing God of
Old Testament of Jewish history.
But our current Constitution is unknown by school teachers not teaching
students civil rights, most police ignore daily, with rare exception. Many normal police & federal agent arrests,
custody & trails deny our US civil rights in millions of cases/year. Like the DEA anti drug war since 1970s
had filled US prisons with millions of pot growers & smokers since US outlawed
all Hemp & cannabis growing, food, medicine, smoking & crafts since
1937. Many other old abuses have
ended, but many now continue damaging & robbing US, denying our civil rights
of respect for self-evident natural needs in our ÔBill of RightsÕ.
