EcoFORESTRY Grows RESTORING

NATIVE  HABITATS  In TL-CC  ECOZONES?

How can we EcoForesters working together restore native forest habitats?

We need to agree on how we can do it in natural design process of learning what varieties were living there before Total-logging Clear cut destruction?  Then we can set our goals for seeding & planting whatever will grow there over next seasons, years & decades, even centuries in old growth forest.  Some test plots of TL-CC ecozones have been done, but we need to learn the whole process for survey, agreeing on design plan, setting up camps for planting & stewardship surveys as often as we agree on tracking whatÕs grow in cycles.

Whose taking responsibility for how restoration works for years needs some reliable agreements we can trust the integrity of our plans, planters, owners & stewards will be conscious & respect the forest needs for growing healthy habitats to support many or all varieties threatened, killed or chased away from logging there.  What we intend to return, support & observe levels of animal, watershed, soil fertility, plant life, fungus, growing thru seasons cycles.

These phases of restoring native forest with clear plans can be worked out with certain agreements on goals, methods, feedback, responsibility & quality control & protecting the native growth.  We need to meet as agreed to study, report, discuss & agree on current growing patterns for furthering our goals toward increasing fertility in forest zone we choose to restore it native habitat will vary with the weather cycles, as this accelerating native plant guilds to enhance their growth together inviting animals to return for growing families.

Sample agreements possible for stewardship teams for restoring whole forests

 1.  Surveying the TL-CC ecozone for possible needs for replanting, seeding, etc

2.  Observe the local watershed there for seasonal supplies for plants growing.

3.  Making a EF* design map for planting what we agree on in schedule for best growth

4.  Who takes responsibility for fulfilling the design goals with agreeable plans?

5.  How will committed stewards survey & report the planted & wild growth on site.

6.  Will there be private land tours for interested EcoForestry students/ teachers, to learn how  the whole forest restoring programs works to do it else- where.

7.  What about any toxic chemicals left on site from before Restoring begins?

8.  How will the forest land be protected from campers, hunters, seekers, etc.
