All earth soil & natural gas are made from digesting biomass, Earth farts from dead plant & animal matter. So microbial balancing is the natural continuous invisible essential global process for organic life.  We even need microbes in our intestines to digest food completely. Yet we use, ignore & reject most fermenting microbial-life in 1000 ways every-day, unaware of its benefits & needs in fertility & healthy growth.   However most  biomass naturally makes (earth-farts) methane gas, a strong global-heating green-house-gas, speeding up climate-crisis  of weather-disasters. A big paradox is gas, oil & coal are made from microbial composting ancient biomass.

               

Microfobia is our sanitary western Ôwar against germsÕ we fear are causing diseases,  justifying massive cleaning, sterilizing & sanitation  industry.  Plus most the medical-science is devoted to killing germs by treating illness with antibiotics & anti-histamines, radiation & chemicals. Also now chemical alcohol is used for sterilizing skin & medical things from germs we fear & blame for infections.

           

Microfobia began around 1900 with Pasteur working for decades to prove that microbes cause disease, by culturing them & killing them with his new microscope research.  For over 1/2 century we have mass Pasteurization (cooking) milk killing microbes from sick dairy-cows to protect us from their bacteria, not in healthy raw milk.

     

WeÕve learned that millions of natives drink raw-dairy for centuries of healthy traditions before & without cooking-milk to drink.  So our new Ôreal milk & dairyÕ  movement are now retuning to tradition of raw organic & fermenting  at home with natural microbial-balancing & pure fresh food energy..  ThatÕs like composting food scrapes & manuer biomass fermenting for making vital-soil we use in organic farming & Biodynamic growing.

     

We find natural healthy fermenting & healing show that microbial balancing is essential for vital health & food making. The popular western-science belief in Ôbad germsÕ ignores the constant presence & benefits of microbes, in soil & farming. Agri-biz uses poisons & over-cooking foods, massively killing the microbial balancing of fertile organic life.  Microfobia fearing & killing germs are another war against Mother Natures primal energy of microbial balancing we need inside bodies & soil growing healthy organic foods.   

      

Billions of humans eat fermented foods daily.  So 1000s of us  make them with  microbes fermenting our foods from dairy: all cheeses, sour cream, cultured butter, curds & whey, yogurt & kefir.  Fermenting: bread, pastry, & pizza; Soy beans > soy sauce, miso & Tempe; rice & corn; grapes > wine, & grains > beer, ale & hard liquor.  Even coconut & some seafoods are fermented. Most living things will ferment or they dry out.  How much of our cooking-meat is to kill the microbes in them? 

        

Earth farts are natural methane gas released from zillions of acres of: swamps, marshlands, wetlands, cattle gas, rice-patties, dying rainforests, & bogs.  Also melting tundra permafrost & warming deep cold sea-bottom Ômethane hydrateÕ (clathrates) in arctic polar regions. These all mix together with C02 in waters & our atmosphere.

 

Oceanic fermenting = in deep sea from dead creatures & poop sinking to bottom making biomass-soup layers that emit methane gas, unless frozen deeply in cold-water under heavy-pressure.

    

GLOBAL WARMIING from Greenhouse gases includes Methane is 20x stronger than C02 in heating up our atmosphere causing climate disasters.  As all sources of Methane add to our waters from biogas & acid rain, they help heat up our skies absorbing more solar heat. ThatÕs causing GAIA RAGE = RunAway Greenhouse Energetics above from all heating sources together. Erupting ocean volcanoes erupting warm-up sea-waters further releasing acidic methane gas stored on bottom & into the atmosphere.

       

So I propose that our massive burning oil, gas & coal to make electricity for our power-grids driving our technology are heating up our climate-crisis we fear less than microfobia we canÕt see.  While ignoring the natural microbes -fermenting biomass, we must have in soil to grow food, & fermenting many foods we eat daily.  Meanwhile fearing germs, we kill our organic balancing of healthy energy cycles. We can choose to naturalize ou r diets into healthy food-habits in vital balancing patterns, being creative with fermenting, & burning less carbon to heat up & power our wasteful war-economy. We deeply need  for natural healthy home life in harmony with our bioregions!.
