TO reclaim our
natural birthrites of lifelong learning the free love of Mother Nature with
Heart bonding to our organic needs for balancing for local free element al
resources in seasonal cycles. How
do we connect to our neighbors sharing our food, fun, tools, toys, children,
etc, cooperating together with easy trusting agreements? Or only in summer over the fence or
when deeply needing something? Our
awareness of where our foods, technology & fuel comes from informs us of
costing to make, import & buy paying the market middlemen every step of the way. WeÕve also lost our sense of natural patterns of water
(except rain), food growing, blessing of sunshine (except a tan) & hiking,
camping & playing free games in nature.
So our
revolution of awareness is learning how nature works in daily & seasons
cycles. How can we replace
competing that costs, with cooperating freely volunteering, making agreements
to share our needs & services, energy & time with friends &
neighbors We lost easy simple
& trusting neighborelations for depending on jobs, banking/money, auto
grids & market madness. Our growing
aware of local life is more friendly, slow, simple & flowing, not driving
to get goodies. We need do it
ourselves ways of living more naturally more fun & results, with less time,
effort & cost. ALL the RC
energy saving devices is costing us our personal energy to pay for whole thing
from designs to delivery.
ThereÕs 4 ways to conserve energy:
ecological
footprint; learn how
much it costs & pollutes at
each & all stages; Handicraft & Home spun - Simply do, grow & share it
ourselves; Conserving - just stop doing, using &eating it
now; or too attached now?
Have
shortages, so we must do
without it?
Do we need to
learn all the steps of designing, making, growing, producing, transporting
& marketing any product we buy?
Then decide on total co$t & time we need for getting, storing,
transporting, fueling, paying, fixing up & preparing food? etc.
Revolutions
of awareness are
multiple: personal, spiritual & social within our community relationships,
beliefs, goals, healthy, needs, limits, property, values, success,
style/ego-image, belonging, approval & legal. The political revolutions of 20th cent. South
Africa, Russia, Cuba, Mexican, China, South & Central American, etc, were anti monarchies, Capitalist & military. We had a mini American revolution in
1970s stopping the Vietnam war, ousting Nixon & electing Jimmy Cater, Jerry
Brown & few other peaceful eco-friendly governors in US. But not the whole US revolution. The hippy, psychedelic, ecology &
peace revolutions were glad to stop the war & move to country where being,
learning & loving nature were/are our hearts desire to grow out own,
raising families in eco-friendly communities. Ralph Nature, Bucky Fuller, The Whole Earth Catalog,
meditation, emotional healing, do it ourself natural health & food All surged in 70s & Ô80s, along with
Permaculture & spiritual growth movements.
But politically its gone to hell fast in
last 8 years, after 20 years of Bushite dynasty from 1980s on. Clinton was 10% Demo ÔGreen-washingÕ with
Eco-fake Gore. So now its
localizing of suffer the American dream dying faster every month, paying for
war sucking our resources for giant military bases in Iraq to dominate the
middle east for perpetual control of oil supplies?! Corporate brain-washing has surged beyond the LBJ, Nixon
& Reagan eras now, with US so busy paying for treats 7 treatments, weÕve
lost most our US Civil rights. But
who cares now? enuf to reverse codependent relations on big banking &
Federal fantasy of national security over natural healthy resources? WeÕre finally admitting our US/UK
empire is ruining our lives inside out, not just on news, climate crisis, war
debts, multi pain illness & aging fast for hi class.
The Chinese
(Mao) & Indian (Gandhi) Revo-lutions were simultaneous in Asia against the
UK empire for decades. But totally
different in methods as Mao was military & communal & forcing
conversion to communism & killing millions in civil war from 1920 on. He lead reorganizing of Chinese
culture into people democracy where worker ran farms & business in local
communities then trading with other large communes (counties?), mostly closed
to world trade, till 1972 slow opening after Nixon visited. Over decades Chinese revived ancient
Chinese acupuncture, Tai Chi & mother other ancient ways, while reinventing
industry from ground up, hand building bridges, dams, canals, farming, boats,
harbors, cities, etc. They also
built 1000s of small factories with their simple efficient designs for cooperating
in communities & eco-farming. There was surges of violence as communists demanded
the landlord owner surrender to cooperative peoples army taking control of Ôthe
peoplesÕ resources. So their ÔCommunist
partyÕ grew powerful, dominating & controlling, killing whoever resisted
their autocracy in Ô70s when Mao retired & died.
The Gandhi
revolution of peaceful non-violence paralleled China Revo where UK was more controlling
most cities & economy of India.
They both won their Revo in last Ô40s after WW2, as UK left with deep economic
controls & left China or die there because Maoists were reversing the rape
& run economy of UK controlling form mass market on shores 7 up the rivers,
rebuilding most their economy & industry in democratic cooper-atives with
simple efficient Chinese invent-ions.
Gandhi Revo was mostly non-violent, except some Uk army killing Indians spanning
40 years or so. Both nations had
spiritual revolutions totally opposite, the Indians were inspired by Gandhi,
passive non-violence breaking unfair laws, Yogi sages, new music, art &
peaceful cooperatives, but stuck with cities, roads & railroads built by UK. The ancient cast system that Gandhi worked against, still rules
much village family life, while he did teaching cottage industries of do it
ourself made fabrics, farming & cooperative eco-villages. But far less efficient & organized
than vital Ôgung-hoÕ Maoist China.
India seems retro poor anarchy, lazy, sick & tired, while China is
extremely organized & forced cooperating, & now mass industry.
Closer to US was
the Cuba RevolutionÕ into communism from 1950s on, with US still having a military
base there. ThatÕs because capitalism
is deadly against the common people cooperating & running their community
lives by democratic meetings, debate & agreements controlling local resources. The Capitalists governments run by big
industry take resources to factories then selling to hiest bidders in cities
& foreign lands, law of supply & demands, lies & profits, secrecy
& ownership. The Cubans are
more social democracy than any communist or capitalist nation on earth now, esp
after the USSR crash in 1990 when Cuba failed to get technology, gas & oil
to run their cars & industry.
So their economy
crashed & starved a few years till they converted to growing their food on
reclaimed lands with old hand-growing, harvesting & cattle- plowed fields
methods, we call
Permaculture. Some volunteer PC
experts from Americas, US & China, etc, went there to train Cubans how to grow their foods with low-tech
simple organic methods, then selling & trading foods at farmers/growers
markets. They also tooled up
homes, schools, clinics & biz with solar powered DC, like in China began
decades before, who sent Cuba 1.5 million bicycles in 1990s. So Cuba was reborn in agriculture
nation, still banned trade by US punishing them for being ÔcommunistÕ the
capitalists hate & fear US people taking over our farming, industries &
government with democratic cooperatives run by workers who know how to
organize, work manage fair, honest
& efficient business, designing & making products people can use, not
for exporting goods for profiting the rich.
We see all
revolutions are very motivated by deep social problems, abuse &or wars for
resource economy by home-landers fighting to take control of local energy,
farming & cities & shipping ports, trains & roads, dams &
rivers, mines & oil/gas wells & pipelines. Now the energy generating dams, coals &or nuclear power
making electricity is dominating more countries with industry. Also wood, water supplies & farming
lands are being ruined by industry in 100 ways.
The mass &
variety of toxic pollution now around earth seems infinite poisoning of our biosphere,
ecozones, soils, waters, bodies & foods in all cities. Tragedy is most poisoned people donÕt
know their sick from synthetic toxins in over-processed & flavored food,
drinks, drugs, smoke, air, water & electro smog of multiple sickening
unatural radiations noise, speed stress, multi fears of bad weather, raw nature, body fluids,
emotions, germs, strangers, failure, conflicts, poverty, loss, crime, cops,
jail, pain, death, etc.
WE become so
adducted to the newage religion of Big science, we donÕt imagine doing without
the tools, tech, RC power, AC electricity, auto-mation, cars, & mass media,
with the laws, cops military to
protect our wealthy war economy.
So will this
empire crash as dozens of empires have crashed since Romans fell took centuries
of disastrous decline to fall into Roman Catholic empire & 100 mini
empires, now 1000 techy empires in all cities, states, nations & district governments,
run mostly by money managers & advertising agents & secret services of
military to secret national security warriors. But the people are conditioned to compete & follow mass-media
of conflicts, sports, wars, crime, terror, sex thrills, hi tech dangers. Even laws & politics is mostly
conflicts, abuse, deception, lies, corruption, cheating, sneaking & fears
of loosing whatever controls of wealth we achieved by dominating others.
All these normal
crimes are denying our natural human needs for sensitive, aware respect for civil
rights of social equality, honesty, freedoms of expression, privacy, & fair
government, now so gone few of US remember how or ever saw real honest
democracy working in our community weÕre trusting to share openly the
resources, not hiding behind locked doors afraid of strangers stealing or
hurting our family security of nice approved social role playing games for
approval. Who do we really trust
here now with our free & deep emotions & needs, & skills &
tools, toys & children to share cooperating & loving life with open
hearts!?
