Fiber (efficiency) in U$
In World War 2 energy efficiency became great
concern, a national campaign to recycle metals that cost lots to mine &
make, even importing them from afar? So Hemp-fiber was relegalized in WW2
by Feds to make tents, belts, rope, etc; faster, better & stronger than
cotton. In 1800s Levis, sails, clothes, tents, rope & covered-wagons
were of hemp fiber in Civil war & U$ Pioneer days of gold rush &
conquering the wild (Indian) west. Our national success in
colonizing the vast territories into United States was like England
colonizing anywhere into their empire. Hemp fiber also makes excellent
paper that US Constitution, flag & money was printed on before 1930s when
outlawed by Congress under mega industries: paper, alcohol, cotton, oil, seed
& grain producers. The new plastics & chemical industries
replaced hemp fiber with nylon & other synthetics. So loosing hemp
power to national industry profits still plague
