My RISING DISEASES & BLAMING Germs CAUSES!?     Not Pollution, Acid foods, drinks, fear, drugs & technology stress!?

 

         I grew  up normal American boy, hyperactive, anxious & addicted to normal junk foods TV, cars, plastics, fashion, lust, etc. I got college BS degree in PE & health, but kept getting sick with normal injuries & infections till 25 yrs old.  Now from my 35 years of researching what causes diseases & how they begin to emerge, beyond the Ôgerm (fear) theoryÕ, I find that hi acid intake & weak elimination, hi consumption, poor sleep & overheating indoors are main causes of diseases, not germs.  How does that acidosis work to cause infection (toxemia) conditions with 1000 names for diseases, ills, conditions, mutations.?  In studying 1000s of people since 1965 I learned the SAD = Standard American Diet has normally unatural hi-acid toxins that stress our organs, glands, blood flow & elimination.  I was unconsciously addicted to many sweets, cooked meats, cheese, roasted nuts, ice cream & breads for 25 years, with 10 years of drinking alcohol, & plenty of antibiotics to kill frequent ÔinfectionsÕ & drugs for skin problems.  Even had tonsils removed because of frequent throat infections, continued for years later.

        

Going vegetarian for 20 years made me more healthy, but I got sick during then when pigging on ÔnaturalÕ sweets, chips/dip, nut butters, milk, pop-corn & fruits.  Each time it cleared up with miso soup, herb teas, raw foods, Macrobiotics, massage, Yoga, sunshine, hot mineral baths, Chinese medicine, pure water & Lemon juice fasting, kelp, garlic, etc. I learned that my liver was damaged with the hi-acid toxic foods, drinks & candy, not really infections blaming germs for sickness.  I had junk sugared milk from birth in baby bottle formulas, getting hooked on sweets most of my life, except 25 years of very healthy now. 

      

 I researched 1000s of peoples diets, allergies health conditions & counseled 100s of them.  Like at hippy Rainbow gatherings I saw 1000s of youth eating their vegetarian mass made foods in communal kitchens I ate with them.  But I got sick when not eating balanced meals of fresh, raw & organic food I need for healthy living.  At 2 Rb gatherings I visited the Mash/first-aid/healing tent area to have herb over campfire & meet dozens there, many were sick in 1 or 2 ways, diareha/shits &or vomiting; skin outbreaks/boils called Ôstaph infectionÕ. I had ÔstaphÕ a few times from pigging-out on hi acids I said before healing with balancing foods, herbs, exersize & outdoor living on earth. 

      

So I interviewed the sick ÔRainbowÕ kids to learn what their diets were before the big country camp-out gathering?  In each case they ate pop foods, candy, sandwiches, pasta, pastry, coffee, alcohol, cooked: meats, eggs, breads, chips, nuts, dairy, etc, not organic.  So if causes & effects still work, they got sick from hi-acid intake & weak elimination. I believe causes most diseases on many levels, with weak immunity, energy & healing ability, with other stress: electric static, fears, hate, sorrow, loss & unmet needs & bad sleeping habits, not fresh water, sunshine, joy, bathing, playing or working outdoors in Nature.

      

Lets now learn how hi acids cause disease.  Our body has natural pH Ð acid or carbo, & alkaline or base, called Òsweet & sour or salty & bitterÓ taste & quality in biochemistry of each system. Blood in & saliva are  naturally alkaline & lymph is neutral, stomach juices acid, etc.  Each hormone & enzyme has specific chemicals in pH balancing, thatÕs easily upset by excess hi-acids intake. 

         

The SADiet is normally hi-acid: carbos, protein, fats/meat/dairy, sweets, drinks & candy,  Alcohol is also acid (toxin) depending on the %:- beer & vinegar - 3-5%, wine 7-15% & distilled 30-60%, etc. more toxic.  ThatÕs why we get sick = toxic (liver) hangover from drinking too much = getting drunk,  Its worse with drugs & sweet together.  Also many people drink sugar with coffee to sweeten up the bitter black speedrink.  Chocolate is favorite tasty addicting bitter sweetened up with sugar & cream = milk chocolate.           

           

Many foods are sugared to make them tasty, attractive & addicting, as sugar was the first mass-produced ÔfoodÕ to addict people in modern times.  Millions of slaves on sugar plantations for making white & brown sugar, for pastry, alcohol, candy, etc. Also millions slaving on fruit, coffee & chocolate plantations, addicting millions & even billions now?.  Adding to our total-toxic-load (=TTL) of hi-acid intake (HAI) to each body, getting sick from fads of ÔunknownÕ causes, then blame & kill the ÔbadÕ germs.  ThatÕs how medicine profits to fix & rescue the victims of mass produced factory foods, drinks & drugs hurting immunity.  Our natural ability to digest food, drinks & drugs, & eliminate the extra we donÕt need now. So for decades ÔconstipationÕ was believed the cause of diseases, because when a sick person had good poops it helped heal them, along with bed~rest, lots of water, sleep, sunshine & herb teas.

     

Now many HEALING tonics & teas are bitter green herbs of alkaline, like: alfalfa, nettle, red raspberry, red clover, oat straw, dandelion, etc.  These are combined in many ways in herbal remedies, which Chinese herbalist been doing for 3,000 years. It appears our body makes extra (acidic) mucus for eliminating, slower than sweating, pee, poop & vomiting to rebalance our internal energy flows.
