We are four potters (Don-Tea-May-Don) from Club Mud Ceramics, a clay-art cooperative in Eugene, Oregon. We are building two wood fired kilns on Tea's property outside Eugene as a cooperative effort and plan to have the first kiln ready to fire in the summer of '99.

The project was broken into stages :

• The site preparation and covered building erection

• The construction of a twin arch Noborigama kiln
  • First Firing of Noborigama kiln
    • Second Firing
      • Third Firing
        • Epilog

Although we four are the full-time builders, we could not accomplish our dream without the constant efforts of our many friends.
