Sadly, in September of 1997, Jonathan Young, 13, a young webmaster and web page designer died a tragic, accidental death at his home. Jonathan was active with R.E.M. and his creative web page was reached by many. It was hard to lose someone who was so enthusiastic and so creative, and a very devoted R.E.M. fan.
