Instructions: Complete and return this form to reserve space for your workshop. If you want your workshop listed in the Peach Pit, you must return this form by May 14, 2008. I will start filling spaces immediately after receiving forms, on a first-come, first-serve basis (minus the "Grandfathered" Workshops). This form is available electronically at http://www.efn.org/~comvill/WorkDemoForm.html.

Note: Confirmation of workshop space is not a guarantee of eligibility. Please check with your Booth Coordinator (BC) about your status, as I cannot get camping or day passes for you.

Requests received by the deadline will be guaranteed their time and space. All other requests must be received by July 10th to be included, and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. All cancellations and changes must be received by 5:00 PM on July 10th.

Special Considerations (Second workshop time, any time or space that is a must to the workshop, extended time period, etc. Every attempt will be made to accommodate):

Locations will be assigned based on: 1) suiting the workshop to the space, 2) traditional use, 3) above deadlines for scheduling, and 4) avoiding conflicts with Village entertainment.

Workshop schedules will be posted both at the Village Schedule Board (VSB) and at the appropriate locations.

At the heart of the Fair, Community Village promotes social and environmental awareness by providing a forum for the free communication of ideas. The process of putting The Village together is as significant as the end itself, as we organize cooperatively through consensus decision-making.

Since 1976, we have grown from a modest display of appropriate technology to a community involving the energies of individuals from over 90 organizations.
