Taster
Explanation: "Park St's uniqueness score arises in that
they offer a completely vegan alternative. Does any other food
booth at Fair do that?"

Leaf Farm and Cafe

Taster's
Explanation: "Sweet Leaf"s uniqueness
and originality score stems from the fact that they grow
nearly all of their own veggies and fruits (ok, not the bananas).
And their smoothies are great." |
Mission
A
local 40 acre farm providing produce to its community
is a social commitment to positive change. We support
other local businesses, use only organic ingredients,
and implement alternative energy resources (solar power
electricity and virtually zero waste at festivals). The
booth provides a forum for communication of ideas, and
is in fact a 13 year evolution od such ideas.
Sweet Leaf is an educational experience. From providing
information posted on how our food is grown, to demonstrating
solar electric systems in use, to kids pedaling their own
smoothies, we offer access to a wealth of information
