Our extensive library of quilting books and magazines is kept current with new offerings each month. Members may borrow up to four selections, but must return them at the following guild meeting. We encourage timely return by listing the names of tardy borrowers in EVQ’s newsletter. You can find a list of our library books on our website.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Every other year (on the years between quilt shows), we have an out-of-town retreat. Usually about 80 members participate in a big slumber party that lasts for two days. We enjoy small challenges and a mystery quilt, and we come home with new works of art and closer bonds with our fellow quilters.
QUILT SHOW
Every two years, we promote our art in a quilt show for the whole community. We show a huge variety of styles, sizes and colors of quilts, and our Small Quilt Auction offers at least 90 pieces. Our Fashion Show is a challenge project, and it is really exciting to see the diversity of garments that can be made with the same fabrics.
