WILD TRANCE DANCING IS MOVING ECSTASY

I've been doing this since 1971 alone in my room to cosmic music, even at live concerts & rare disco dance jams the rythms pulse into my gut center to move me in circles & spirals around, stopping still, feeling the rushing energy inside, laying down into a trance. Body softens, senses awaken, visions come, bliss flows, body grows inspiring glows, as mind slows down so awareness can fill the voidspace.

While spinning around I see lights passing like fireworks witnessing energy Feeling a center axis within, or flopping or wobbling off center. I often hear a cosmic sound current inside head & see lite patterns when closing eyes now, ina astral plane peaks at me from eternal dimensions of consciousness of whole spiraling universe beyond timeclocks, lines, money, squares & fear. The new Rumi whirling dervish poetic stream of loving awareness invites us all to dance the cosmic spin free or in group form to rythimc pulses of life in graceful motion like sea waves, then still into bliss if blessed by the spirit. It feels & heals a body to surrender to the universal spiral of dancing joy, like a child playing free in nature of wonder about infinite energy spaces.

Arms & legs, head & pelvis coordinate a body art play, humping space so Free, spin & leap, crawl & roll, twist & stop to center in the hurricane?!
