DEFINITION OF ORGANIC chemicals & food

How do you/we define organic' now in foods & chemicals?

Big modern science has a chemical definition of any atomic

substance, atoms, molecule or compound with carbon in it is "organic". This includes CO2/CO, but not water, alcohol but not salt, benzene & organophosphates but not clay. However more water clay & salt are organic matter, from earth evolving in nature, not labs, factories & chemofarms.

So why has big science & farming choosen not to respect the organic nature of evolution, to include earthy sources & purity in their systems?

Lab science(not ecology) normally divorces itself from natural experience & organic needs of all mother earths creatures. So science unatural process combines greed for money & control; fear of dirt, germs, bad weather & wild animals & children. Evolution is cosmic & earthy in unique infinite diversity & combinations. Is nature evolving new species now & are humans evolving or devolving indoors?

Science usually defines evolution as "competitive, specialized

gradual, slow, steady, uniform, mysterious origins & taking billions of years to evolve species, without cosmic influences.

So a wholistic definition of "organic" must include earthy life & cataclysms with humans, not just a clinical chemical lab sceince systems of secret formulas, designs & profiting from our mass denial of natural needs & organic resources. So we can trust, freely share.& cooperate, without importing big waste from sciences of 'organic' domination that kill to grow bigger. Lets create new sciences of organic life in harmony & balance, we can use for free!!!!
